Yes, it looks like another Spanish holiday destination is ready to put a stop to unruly Britons by telling them to stay away. Popular Menorca holiday village Binibeca Vale is threatening to ban all tourists, having previously asked tourists to visit between 11am and 8.30pm. The reason for this is said to be so that they can enjoy their breakfast.”
Menorca, the quietest of the three Balearic islands, is expected to welcome more than a million tourists this summer following a surge in tourist numbers driven by social media. Residents of the fishing village have complained about poor behavior by tourists, ranging from trespassing on people’s properties to climbing on balconies, MailOnline reports.
Last year, residents allowed tourists to visit the village and its famous whitewashed walls, between 11am and 8pm, in efforts to reduce anti-social behaviour.

Oscar Monge, who runs a group representing property owners of Binibeka Well, says Binibeka Well is not an adventure destination but a private residence where people live. If tourists do not heed Binabeca Well’s wishes, they could face a complete ban, Menorca’s tourism chief, Begoña Mercadal, said, adding that the village could close to tourism. “We completely accept that this is private property and hence, if they want to close it, that is their right,” he said.

The Balearic Islands are making efforts to clean up their tourism and curb the influx of extravagant tourists who come there for summer parties. According to the Daily Star report, Majorca and Ibiza have banned the sale of alcohol till late night in areas with a high concentration of unruly tourists.
